We offer a quick and efficient service to our customers with our customer service to resolve any issue with our items or with the shipping.
If at the delivery time you notice any damage, contact us immediately via email at [email protected] http://birinitpetit.com/ assumes the shipping costs caused by the return due to manufacturing product defects.
Deadlines for exchanges and returns
You have 14 days max.to exchange or return your items. After that date, the exchange or return of any item purchased through our online store will not be accepted.
The items must be in perfect condition, with the label and with the corresponding purchase receipt. Otherwise, Birinit Petit reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return.
“If the purchase has been made through the website. The costumer has 14 days, from the delivery date, to exercise their right of withdrawal. In this case, Birinit will reimburse the initial shipping costs but the return cost will be paid by the consumer according with the Retail Trade Law of the Spanish Territory ”.
You have 30 days max. to exchange one item for another, either model, size or color. If you want to return the purchased item and do not want to receive another in exchange, we will send you a nominative online shopping voucher without expiration date (this voucher will not be valid on sales).
Exchanges and returns during promotional periods or sales.
Exchanges during sales or special promotions that are made when the sale or promotional period has ended will be accepted keeping that discount amount only and exclusively for color or size reasons.
If your exchange is not for the same garment or item, a voucher with the purchase amount will be delivered. If you get a new garment or item, the price will be the price prior to the promotional period or sales.
Also, during promotional periods or sales, vouchers are not allowed.
How exchanges and returns are processed.
Email to [email protected] the item you want to exchange. This return service cost € 7.50 (within the peninsula, outside peninsula please see shipping costs section), so you will have to wiretransfer that amount to the following account number and send us a copy of the wiretransfer receipt of € 7.50 by email:

Once the wire transfer payment is confirmed, we will send a second order with the new size, with return, through our courier company’s return service. When this new order is delivered, you must provide the products to the courier that you want to exchange from the first order.
Birinit Petit does not return the money from shipping costs. Only in the case of defects or manufacturing defects Birinit Petit will pay the shipping cost.
If you want to return the purchased item and you do not want to receive another in exchange, you will have to notify it via email to report the return to [email protected] After our confirmation, send the order in a closed bag to the following address :

You have 14 days to return your items from the delivered date. You have to notify Birinit Petit in advance via email [email protected] The customer will pay the cancellation or return expenses (roundtrip postage, etc.).
The return will only be accepted if the product returned is in perfect condition. If the return is made for reasons not attributable to Birinit, the customer will pay all the expenses generated by the return. Non-attributable causes are changes in size, color, or another characteristic, change of client opinion, or a client mistake at the time of ordering. If the product´s return is lawful, Birinit Petit will be responsible for the shipping cost, as long as the client communicates this circumstance at the time of order delivered. The client may choose exchange a returned product or request a nominative online shopping voucher without an expiration date (not valid on sales).

Due to logistics and storage issues, it is not possible to make size changes in international orders. If a user is not satisfied with his purchase, he will have to return the garment to the address:
